Bitter Chocolate Orange Cream

You need

  • Campari
  • cold coffee / espresso
  • chocolate syrup
  • orange marmalade
  • cream
  • milk

How to make it

  1. Stir 1 tsp orange marmalade and 10 ml chocolate syrup into 30 ml espresso in a jar.
  2. Add 20 ml cream, 30 ml milk and 50 ml Campari.
  3. Add ice and shake hard.
  4. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
  5. Dessert pour for people who skip pudding.
