Bermuda Rum Swizzle

You need

  • dark rum
  • white rum
  • pineapple juice
  • orange juice
  • rose syrup / grenadine

Nice to have

  • Angostura bitters
  • orange

How to make it

  1. Add 30 ml dark rum, 30 ml white rum, 60 ml pineapple juice and 60 ml orange juice to a jug.
  2. Add 10 ml grenadine and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
  3. Fill with crushed ice and spin a spoon between your palms for 15 seconds until frothy.
  4. Pour into a tall glass with the ice. Optional: garnish with an orange slice.
  5. Serve right away with a straw while still frothy, alongside spicy fries.
