Beer Passion Ginger Sour

You need

  • beer
  • passion fruit
  • lime
  • ginger
  • honey
  • cardamom

How to make it

  1. Scoop the pulp of 1 passion fruit into a jar and add 2 ginger slices, 1 crushed cardamom pod and 1 tsp honey.
  2. Add 15 ml lime juice and ice, then shake for 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  4. Slowly top with 150 ml beer.
  5. A tropical sour for rooftop evenings.
