Mash 2 spoonfuls of bael pulp with 2 tsp jaggery, 0.5 tsp fennel seeds and 0.25 tsp black salt in a tall glass.
Add 10 ml lime juice and 50 ml dark rum.
Fill with ice and stir well.
Top with 60 ml soda water.
