Amla Honey Rum Cooler

You need

  • dark rum
  • amla
  • honey
  • lime
  • ginger
  • soda water

How to make it

  1. Muddle 2 chopped amla, 3 ginger slices and 2 tsp honey in a tall glass until pulpy.
  2. Add 10 ml lime juice and 50 ml dark rum.
  3. Fill with ice and stir well.
  4. Top with 60 ml soda water.
  5. Sip it as a winter sundowner with roasted peanuts.
