You need

  • beer
  • amla
  • black salt
  • lime
  • mint
  • honey

How to make it

  1. Muddle 2 amla pieces, 4 mint leaves, 1 tsp honey and 0.25 tsp black salt in a tall glass.
  2. Add 10 ml lime juice and fill with ice.
  3. Slowly top with 200 ml beer and stir once.
  4. A winter-fruit sour for lovers of savoury drinks.
