Simmer 1 star anise in 15 ml black tea for 1 minute, then cool.
Add 50 ml dark rum, 15 ml amaretto and 2 dashes Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir for 30 seconds.
Strain into a short glass over a large ice cube.
