You need

  • coffee liqueur
  • ice cream
  • cold coffee / espresso

How to make it

  1. Put 2 scoops vanilla ice cream in a coupe glass.
  2. Mix 30 ml hot espresso with 20 ml coffee liqueur.
  3. Pour it over the ice cream and eat right away with a spoon.
  4. Serve on a small plate with the spoon beside it and a crisp almond biscuit for dipping.
